And as to all of my Estate,real,personal,or mixed, of which I shall die seized and possessed,or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease,I give,devise,and be- queath,as follows,to wit: FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of the expenses of my last illness and funeral. SECOND:I give and devise all of my farm located in West Pike Run Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,con- sisting of 75 Acres more or less,and upon which there is erected an eight-room frame dwelling house,barn and numerous other out- buildings,together with any fire insurance policies thereon, in equal shares,unto my son,DWIGHT REGINALD CARSON and my daughter,MARY ELIZA CARSON,to have and to hold the same unto them,and their heirs and assigns forever.The above devise to also include all the oil and gas rights on said farm. THIRD:I make no mention in this Will of household furniture for the reason that all of the household furniture and etc.located and used in my dwelling,belongs to my daughter, MARY ELIZA CARSON. FOURTH:I direct that my executor sell all of my farm equipment,machinery,stock and poultry located on said farm, to my son,DWIGHT REGIN~LD CARSON,and my daughter,MARY ELIZA CARSON,at the appraised value thereof at the time of my death, if they so desire to purchase the same. FIFTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate consisting inter-alia of cash,stocks,bonds etc.,I give,devis , '1.
