I,MARY M.HECKER,a resident of the Borough of Houston,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,hereby make this,my Last llill and
Testament,and in so doing revoke any and all Wills by ~e at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST:I first direct my Executors to pay my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon as is practical after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.0 )
Dollars to my sister-in-law,Katherine Matthews.
THIRD:I give and bequeath the sum of Five ~Iundred ($500.OC)
Dollars to the Presbyterian Church of Claysville,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,as a memorial to the J.3.Matthews family.
FOURTH:I give and bequeath my desk to my brother,Homer E.
Matthews;my corner cupboard to my niece,Dorothy L.Dunn;and one
of my inlaid card tables to my sister,Juanita M.Sears.The balanc
of my furniture I give and bequeath to my brother,Homer E Matthews,
and my sister,Juanita M.Sears,to be divided between them as they
may agree and in the event they fail,within a period of six (6)
months,to agree,then as my Executors direct.
FIJTH:All the rest,residue and renainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,including any lapsed or void legacy or be-
quest,shall be divided into two equal shares,and I give,devise
and bequeath one share to my brother,Homer 3.Matthews,and his
Wife,Juanita Matthews,or to their survivor in case either of them
predeceases me.The other one-half of my estate,I give,devise and
bequeath to my sister,Juanita M.Sears,provided,however,that in
the event my said sister predeceases me,then I give,devise and be-
qu~ath the same to my niece,Dorothy L.0unn,absolutely and forever.
SIXTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Ernest
Sexton of R.D.ff3,Saegerstown,Crawford County,Pennsylvania,and
Dorothy L.Dunn,~xecutors of this,my Last Will and Testament,and
hereby direct that my said executor shall so act without bond.I

Esquire,as Attorney in the settlement of my Estate.
