I,FLORENCE V.CHRISTIE,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do
make,publish,end declare this to be my Last Will end Testament,hereby
revoking all Wills by me heretofore made:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to my niece,Mary Margaret Briar,my
two diamond rings,my Hamilton wrist watch,and all my silverware.
THIRD:All the rest and residue of my estate real,personal or
mixed and wherever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to the following
persons in the following proportions:
One-fourth (1/4)of my residuary estate to Eleanor Ann Bromley,
daughter of Ella and Ray Bromley.
Three-fourths (3/4ths)of my residuary estate to my niece,~Margare t Briar.
AND LASTLY,I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint Wilbert E.
Wallace,of the City of Washington,Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal this d4
day of September,1959,A.D.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above named Testatrix
as and for her Last Will and Testament,in the presence of us,who,at
her request,and in her presence and in the presence of each other,have
