LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ZETTA ARDELLA HOUSEMAN
I,Zetta Ardella Houseman,of Main Street,Borough of
Finleyville,County of Washington and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
do make,publish and declare the following to be my Last Will and
Testament hereby revoking any and all Wills and Codicils by me at
any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may
be after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,
Bernice M.Houseman,the use and right of occupancy of the real
estate which I own and which is situate on Main Street in Finley-
IvilleBorough,Washington County,Pe~n6ylvania,for and during the
term of her natural life and at her death,I give and devise the
said real estate to those of my children and issue of deceased
children living at such time,with then living issue of any de-
ceased child of mine,to take the share which his or her deceased
parent would have taken if living,per stirpes.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estat
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situ-
ate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time
of my death,I give,devise and bequeath to my children,share and
share alike.
FOURTH:I name and appoint my daughter,Della George
(or if she should predecease me or be unable or unwilling to serve
or to continue to serve the Western Pennsylvania National Bank)as
Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto subscribed my name
