LA.ST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ESTELLE WOOD CRANE,of Burgettstown,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament
in the manner and form following,hereby revoking any will or
wills heretofore made by me.
Item 1:I direct that a monument bearing the name
of "Crane"shall be erected in our family burying lot in Fairview
Cemetery at Burgettstown,Pennsylvania,the cost of said monument
to be not less than Five Hundred and nO/IOO ($500.00)Dollars;
also a marker similar to the one on my father's grave shall be
placed at my mother's grave,bearing her name "Anna M.Crane",
and the year of her death;and a similar marker at my grave,
bearing the name ItEstelle Wood Crane",and the year of my death.
These provisions are to be effective only in case the same have
not been carried into effect in my life time.
Item 2:I give and bequeath to M.LOUISE MILLER,of
155 East Main Street,Elkton,Maryland,the sum of Two Hundred
and no/100 ($200.00)Dollars.
Item 3:I give and bequeath to the WESTERN PENNSYLVANI
SCHOOL FOR THE BLIND,Bellefield Avenue,Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania
the sum of Two Thousand and nO/100 ($2,000.00)Dollars.
Item 4:I give and beq~eath to the UNITED PRESBYTERIAN
Ho~m FOR THE AGED at Wilkinsburg,Pennsylvania,the sum of Five
Hundred and nO/100 ($500.00)Dollars.
Item 5:I give and bequeath to the SALVATION ARMY of
Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania,the sum of Two Hundred and nO/100
($200.00)Dollars.

Item 6:I give and bequeath to the PITTSBURGH THEOLOGI-
CAL SEMINARY at 616 North Highland Avenue,Pittsburgh,Pennsyl-
vania,(formerly Pittsburgh-Xenia Theoloeical Seminary)the sum 0
Two Thousand and nO/IOO ($2,000.00)Dollars,said sum to become
a part of its educational fund,the income from which is to be
used for the education of young men for the ministry.
Item 7:I direct my Execu to r,hereinafter name d,to
pay the inheritance and estate taxes on the foregoing legacies
out of the residue of my estate so that each of the foregoing
legatees will receive said legacies in full.
Item 8:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate of whatsoever kind,I give,devise and bequeath,in equal
shares,to the BOARD OF NATIONAL MISSIONS and to the COMMISSION
ON ECUMENICAL MISSION AND RELATIONS of the United Presbyterian
Church in the United States of America.
Item 9:I appoint H.P.McCONNELL of Washington,
Pennsylvania,as Executor of this will and I direct and empower
said Executor to sell any and all real estate of which I may own
at the time of my death,at public or private sale,at such times
and at such prices as he may deem best and to execute and deliver
the necessary deeds for the same.I further direct that in
liquidating my personal property,my Executor shall use his best
judgment in regard to the proper time to sell or dispose of any
securities which I may own.It is not my intention that my
estate shall be liquidated within a period of one year after my
decease unless in the opinion of my Executor it shall be to the
advantage of my estate to do so.
