I,Ruth McCullough Bemis,of the Borough of West
Middletown,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and
disposing mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish
and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking and making void all other wills,codicils or testamen-
tary writings by me at any time hereto made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral exp?nses be
paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be done after
my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath unto my sister,Janet B.Bemis,
all of my one-half interest in the house and lot of ground appur-
tenant thereto,situate in the Borough of West Middletown,Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,where I now reside,absolutely.
THIRD:I give and bequeath to my sister,Janet B.Bemis,all my
interest in the household furniture.
FOURTH:I give and bequeath to my sister,Janet B.Bemis,the
sum of Two thousand dollars.
FIFTH:I give and bequeath to Donald Bemis Farrer,Jr.,to have
ten (10)shares of my stock in the Pennsylvania Railroad Company.
SIXTH:I gi~e and bequeath to Jane Lucille Farrer,to ha~e ten
(10)shares of my stock in the Pennsylvania Railroad Company.
SEVENTH:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,whatsoever kind
and wheresoever situate,unto my brother and sisters,Erastus L.Bemis,
Janet B.Bemis,and Sarah L.Farrer,in equal shares,to hold the
same,to them their heirs and assigns.

LASTLY:I nominate,constitute and appoint my brother,Erastus
L.Bemis,sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN ITNESS \rffEREOF,I,Ruth McCullough Bemis,the
TestlElatrix,have to this my Last W·,ll and Testament,set my hand
and seal,this ~~day of07~A.D.,1937.

paper,each bearing the genuine signature of the Testratrix,was
duly signed,sealed,published and declared by the above named
Testratrix,as and for her Last Will and Testament,in the presence
