LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,AGNES HOLMES,of Cross Creek Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing ~ind,do hereby
make my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all Nills
and Codicils made by me at anytime heretofore.
FIRST:I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to
pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as convenient
after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise Qnd bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal and mixed,and
in equal pr0portions,to my son,KENNETH HOL~~S,my daughter,
MARGARET RANEGAR,and my daughter-in-law,ESTHER HOLMES.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,
MARGARET RANEGAR,to be Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament.
