LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,LUCIUS McK.CRUMRINE,of the Township of North
Franklin,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publist
and declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament:
FIRST:I direct,that all my just debts and liabiR-
ties of my estate,including all inheritance taxes,be paid and
discharged as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife,
Elizabeth F.Crumrine,all the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,personal and mixed,to be hers absolutely.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
my said wife,Elizabeth F.Crumrine,as the Executrix of this my
Last Will and Testament with power to sell and convey any or all
real estate which I may own at the time of my decease.
In Witness Whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 21st day of February,A.D.1948.
