LAST WILL and TESTAMENT
I,VINCENZO M.BARTALOTTA,of Conongahela City,Wash-
ington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make,publish and declare
this to be ~y last Jill and Testament,hereby revoking and
making void each and every former will and all former wills
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:- I order and direct my Executor,hereinafter
named,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses,as soon as
conveniently may be done after my decease.
SECOND:- I give and devise the dwelling house where
I no reside situate on the north side of Park Avenue,in Second
Ward of Monongahela City,Pennsylvania,together with the land
appurtenant thereto fronting forty (40)feet on the north side
of said Park Avenue and extending northwestwarrly therefrom to
Bertram Street,being the same premises conveyed to me by
Salvatore Pansino'et.ux.by deed dated December 9~h,1943 and
recorded in Deed Book Vol.675 page 381,unto my son ERNEST
BARTAL TTA,absolutely,his heirs and assigns forever.
THIRD:-All the rest,residue and remainder of my
property and estate real,personal and mixed of every kind and
nature,heresover situate,I give,devise and bequeath as
follows:-.
The undivided one fifth (1/5)thereof unto my son,
ANTONIO BARTALOTT ,his heirs and assigns forever;the undivided
one fifth (1/5)thereof unto my daughter MARGARETT.BART L TTA,
'her heirs and assigns forever;the undivided one fifth (1/5)
thereof unto my,son,FREDERICK BART~LOTTA,his heirs and assigns
forever;the undivided one fifth'(1/5)thereof unto my daughter,
MARY BARTALOTT ,her heirs and assigns forever;and the undivided
one fifth (1/5)thereof unto my son,ALFRED RUDOLPH BARTALOTTA,
his heirs and assigns forever.
FOURTH and LASTLY:- I do hereby nominate,constitute
and appoint my said son,ERNEST B RTALOTTA,to be the Executor of
this my last will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I the said testator,VINCENZO M.
BARTALOTTA,have to this my last Will and Testament,set my hand
and seal this j?~day of February 1946 AD.
