I,JOSEPH EUTERA,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,publish,and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form fOllowing,
hereby revoking any Will or Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
fully paid and satisfied,as SOOn'as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND:I give and devise my real property located at 722 Fallow-
field Avenue,Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being Lot No.629
of the Charleroi Land Company Plan of Lots to my son,JOSEPH BUTERA,JR.,in
fee simple,subject to the charge,however,that he pay the sum of One Hundred
Fifty Dollars ($150.00)each and every month follow"ing my death to my wife,
JOSEPHINE BUTERA,for and during the term of he~natural life.
THIRD:I give and devise my residence real property located at
732 Fallowfield Avenue,Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being Lot

No.639 of the Charleroi land Company P an'"of Lots to my daughter,MARY
BUTE~in fee si~ple,subject to the charge,however,that she pay the sum of
Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00)e~and every month following my death to my
wife,JOSEPHINE BUTERA,for and during the term of her natural life."'.
FOURTH:I give and devise:'my undivided one-half interest in the
real property located at 631 Fall01vfield Avenue,Charreroi,Washington County,
Pennsylva ia,being Lot No.604 in the Charleroi Land Company Plan of Lots
to my son,JOSEPH BUTERA~JR.,in fee simple.
FIFTH:As to my son,SAM BUTERA,I have heretofore amply provided
for him in my lifetim~and I,therefore,do not in this Last Will and Testamen
leave him anything.
SiXTH:I give and bequeath the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)to my son,
LEO BUTERA,and the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)to my daughter,ROSE BUTERA.
SEVENTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,wheresoever situated,of which I may be possessed or to
which I may be entitled at the time of my decease I give,devise,and bequeroh
the same unto my wife,JOSEPHINE BUTERA,for her o~n personal use and benefit
forever.

EIGHTH AND LASTLY:I name,constitute,and appoint my son,JOSEPH
BUTERA,JR.,to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.

hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the 29th day of July,1954.
