County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament
and revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I give and bequeath to my daughter Virginia
'Ihomas of North Bethlehem Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania
the sum of $500.00.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real and personal,I give,devise,and bequeath to my son,
Adam Baltich of North Bethlehem Towrrship,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
THIRD;I nominate,constitute and appoint said Adam
Baltich as executor of this Will,and I direct that he shall not be
required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which he may act.
