I,DAVID B.CHARLTON,of the Borough of California,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all
willS by me at anytime heretofore made.

I direct that my Executor hereinafter named,pay all of
my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be
practicable after my decease.
I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,real,
personal or mixed,of which I die seized or possessed or
to which I may be entitled at my decease to my beloved
children in equal shares,share and share alike.The
names of my children are as follows:
(a)WILLIAM R.CHARLTON,son.
(b)JAMES E.CHARLTON,son,age 19.
(c)JUDITH K.CHARLTON,daughter,age 17.
(e)FAYE E.CHARLTON,daughter,age 14.
I nominate,constitute and appoint William R.Charlton my
beloved son,to be the guardian of the estate of my
children for so long a period as they remain minors under
the age of twenty-one (21),and I direct that he shall not
be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which
he may act.
I nominate,constitute and appoint my beloved son William
R.Charlton,the Executor of this my Last Will and
