LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,JESSIE EMMA COPELAND
alias JESSIE ~COPELAND,a single person,of the Borough of
Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and
disposing mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish,
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any and all former Wills,by me at any time heretofore made.
And as to all of my estate,real,personal or mixed of which
I shall die seized and possessed,or to which I shall be entitled
at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath as follows,
to wit:
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of all the
expenses of my last illness and funeral.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,I give,
devise and bequeath the same unto my sister,MARGARET JANE SPENCER
her heirs and assigns forever,provided nevertheless,that in
the event my sister,predeceases me,or dies within six months of
the date of my death,the said devise and bequest of residue shall
lapse or be divested and in either event,I give,devise and
bequeath the same unto,FRANCIS ~McCARTHY,(my deceased niece's
husband)his heirs and assigns forever.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint,AUGUST L.SISMOND ,
Esquire,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,and I direct
that he shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdictio
in which he may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have set my hand and seal to this my
Last Will and Testament,this 9th day of March,One Thousand Nine
Hundred and Sixty-two (1962).
