publish and declare this to be my Last Win and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,real,
personal and mixed,to my beloved daughter,Gwendolyn Bane.
Third.Inasmuch as my husband,Charles Bane,deserted me on
February 19,1952,I leave no estate whatsoever to him.
