I,RO~~AND F.HILL,also known as R.F.HILL,of North
Bethlehem Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby
make,publish and declare this as and for my Last Will and Testa-
ment,hereby revoking and making void any and all fDrmer Wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST.I direct that all my just debts,including
doctor's bills,funeral expenses and other lawful claims be paid
as soon after my decease as possible.
SECOND.During our 1 fetime my wife and I have consid-
ered our business to be a joint enterprise and whenever possible
have taken title by entirities and I do hereby declare that our
real estate,securities,bank accounts,live stock and equipment
to be so held.
THIRD.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate
of whatsoever kind and nature the same rna.be and wheresoever
situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,CORA E.HILL,
her heirs and assigns,to be hers absolutely,provided she sur-
vives me by a period of sixty (60)days.
FOURTH.In the event that my wife,CORA E.HILL,dies
before the expiration of the sixty-day period,mentioned in Para-
graph Second,above,then I Give,devise and bequeath all my
estate to my two sons,JOSEP B.HILL and DUANE E.HILL,their
heirs and assiens,absolutely,share and share alike.
FIFTH.I nominate,constitute and appoint my two sons,
JOSEPH B.HILL and DUANE E.HILL,as Executors,of this my Last
Will and Testament,hereby directing that my Executors,shall not
be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which they
may act.
IN WITNESS HEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this ~day of ~A.D.1952.
