Pennsylvania,declare this to be my Last Will and revoke any Will previouslJ'j
made by me.I
ITEM I.I bequeath my automobiles,household and personal
effects and other tangible personalty of like nature,together with any
existing insurance thereon,to Delmer C.Hugi,my husba~1.d,if he survives
my by thirty (30)days and the use thereof during such thirty-day period,
Should Delmer C.Hugi,my husband,not be living on the 31st day after my
death,I bequeath such tangible personalty and insurance thereon to such of
my children as are living on the 31 st day after my death,to be divided
among them by my Executrices with due regard for their personal pre-
ferences in as nearly equal shares as practical.
ITEM II.I devise and bequeath all the rest,residue and
remainder of my estate,of every nature and wherever situate,to Delmer C.
Hugi,my husband,provided that he shall survive me by ninety (90)days.

this my Last Will.Should my husband,Delmer C.Hugi,fa:'l to qualify or cease
to act as Executor,I appoint Myrna Glynn Hugi and Patricia Ruth Beecham,
Executrices of this Will.I direct that my personal representatives,as well
as their successors,shall not be required to give bond for tie faithful per-
formance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
