LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ALBER T BLASICK,of 500 Olive Avenue,North Charleroi,
Pennsylvania,do hereby make my Last Will and Testament,and revoke all
Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:If my Mother,Matilda Blasick,survives me or survives a
common disaster in which we are both involved,I give,devise and
bequeath unto my said Mother,Matilda Blascik,all of my estate,
whether real,personal or mixed and wheresoever the same may be
situated.
SECOND:If my Mother,Matilda Blasick,does not survive me or
survive a common disaster in which we are both involved,then I give,
devise and bequeath all of my estate,whether real,personal or mixed
and wheresoever the same may be situated,share and share alike,to
my two sisters,Katherine Gerein,of North Charleroi,Pennsylvania,
and .Anna Molter,of R.D.#1,Charleroi,Pennsylvania.~~~
