LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ANTHONY HIZENSKI.of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking and making void any will or wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and
wheresoever situate,to my brother,Jesse S.Hizenski,of
100 Northcrest Drive,San Antonio,Texas.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate and appoint my brother,
Jesse S.Hizenski,as Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament,and to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,ANTHONY HIZENSKI,the Testator,
have to this my Will,written on one sheet of paper,set my
hand and seal this day of ,1965.
