LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JOSEPH CAGNI,of Peters Township,County of
Washington and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and
memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,in manner and form follOWing,hereby revoking
any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may
be,after my decease.
Second:I give and bequeath all my guns to my grand-
son,Regis J.Cagni.
Third:I give and bequeath One Thousand ($1000.00)
Dollars to my daughter,Dolores M.McLaughlin.
Fourth:I give,devise and bequeath a tract of land
containing approximately eight acres in Peters Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,known and designated as Lots Nos.
34,35,36, 37,38,39,40 and 41 in a Layout of Property made by
Benjamin H.Aires,Registered Engineer,of Pittsburgh,
Pennsylvania,dated May 2,1951 and revised June 7,1951,attached
hereto and made a part hereof,said tract being enclosed by roads
in said Layout of Property and being a part of the tract of land
purchased from the Bell Heirs,together with the dwelling erected
on said tract of land and all household furniture and personal

my daughter,Cecelia L.'Cagni,and to my daughter,Rosella J.

Cagni,and to my daUghter,Cecelia L.Cagni,in equal shares.

of materials used in my business to my son,Alfred C.Cagni.
Seventh and Lastly:All the rest,residue and remainder

I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my daughter,
Cecelia L.Cagni,to be my executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament.
