publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
of
and State of
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,real,personal or
mixed,wheresover situated,I order and direct the same be converted into moneF
as soon as conveniently can be done after my decease.
And for that purpose,I do hereby authorize and empower my herein-
after named executor's,or the survivor of them,to sell and dispose of all my real
estate,either by public or private sale or sales,for the best prices that oan be
obtained for the same,and by proper deed or deeds,oonveyanoes~or assurances in
law,to be duly executed,aoknowledged and perfeoted,to grant,convey and assure
the same to the purchaser or purchasers thereof in fee simple.
When the whole mr my residuary estate shall be converted into money
as aforesaid,then I will and direct that the same shall be divided into seven (7)
equal shares and distributed as follows:
A one-seventh{:J./7th)equal share to eadh of the following named
nieoes and nephews:BERTHA BAKER COOKE of Harrisville,Pennsylvania;JESSE BONNELL
of Donora,Pennsylvftnie.;ORA BONNELL of Fairhope,Pennsylvania;ELSIE BONNELL OGDEN
of Diamond,Ohio;FLOYD BONNELL of Elizabeth,Pennsylvania;FREEMAN BONNELL of
Elizabeth,Pennsylvania;and the remaining one-seventh (l/7th)equal share to be
divided share and share alike among my nieoes,namely,GLADYS BONNELL SNICHNICK

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,JOSEPH BOKNIAK,of the Borough of Charleroi,
Washington County,State of Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind and disposing memory,do make,publish and declare
this to be my last will and testament,hereby revoking
anw and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that my executor,hereinafter
named,pay all my just debts and expemses and the expenses
incident to the administration of my estate,as soon as
this may conveniently be dGne,out of the first moneys
available for that purpose.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest
and residue of my estate,real,personal and mixed,of
which I shall die seized or possessed,or to which I shall
be entitled to at the time of my decease (of every kind
and description or wherever situate )to my grandnephew
Thomas Petryszak alias Thomas Peteroschak of Charleroi,
Pennsylvania,his heirs and assigns forever.
THIRD:I hereby give and confer upon my executor
hereinafter named,power to sell and convey in fee simple,
or ~or a lesser estate,any part or all of my real estate,
at public or private sale,at such time or upon such
conditions as my executor shall deem meet and proper,and
to execute and acknowledge and deliver deeds of conveyance
and transfers therefore.
