LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I)EDDY M.HORNER)of Canton Township)Washington County)
Pennsylvania,declare this to be my last Will)and revoke any Will
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expensesFIRST:
previously made by me.
I'

shall be paid from the assets of my estate as soon as practicable
after my decease.
SECOND:I devise and bequeath the residue of my estate,of
every nature and wherever situate,to Ethel Amos,IN TRUST,for
the following uses and purposes:
(a)To pay the net income therefrom to my wife,
Lottie D.Horner,or else apply the same
directly for her benefit,for and during the
term of her natural life;
(b)As much of the principal of this Trust as my
Trustee may from time to time think advisable
for the welfare,comfort and support of my
wife,Lottie D.Horner,shall be paid to her,
or else applied directly for her benefit,by
my Trustee;
(c)Upon the death of my wife,Lottie D.Horner,
I direct my Trustee to expend reasonable sums
for her funeral expenses and gravestone,and
the then-remaining principal of this Trust
I devise and bequeath to the said Ethel Amos.
THIRD:I appoint Ethel Amos Executrix of this my last Will)
and I direct that she shall not be required to give bond for the
faithful performance of her duties in any jurisdiction.
