W ILL I,SAM CELESTINE of Somerset Townsnip,Washington County, Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,do hereby make, publish and declare this My Last Will and Testament,hereby revok- ing all other Wills heretofore made,and I make the following directions: 1.All of my just debts and my funeral expenses shall be paid as soon after my decease as convenient. 2.All the rest and residue of my estate,real and personal wherever situated,including all of my farm in Somerset Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and the livestock, machinery and equipment there at my death,I devise and bequeath to my son,Albert J.Celestine,and my daughter,Mafalda Risbon,share and share alike absolutely,subject however to the condition that Albert and Mafalda shall pay to my daughter,Anna Rotondo,One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars and to my daughter,Natalie Nardoni, One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars,and to my daughter,Rose Tiberi, One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00),and to my grandson,Albert James Celestine II,Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars,which shall be held i trust for him by his father,Albert,as set forth hereinafter. 3.The aforesaid cash legacies shall not draw interest if paid within one (1)year of my death,but after the first anniversary of my death shall draw interest at six (6%)per- cent per annum until paid,and I charge these legacies upon the real estate devised to Albert and Mafalda until paid and urge promp payment thereof. 4.As to the legacy to my said grandson,I direct that it be held in trust for my grandson by Albert J.Celest ine,his father,until the boy becomes of age at which time his father shall turn over to him the sum plus any income accumulated thereon,as it is my direction that said Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars be invested and managed for him by his father who shall either deposit the same at interest in some sound Bank or Savings and Loan Association,or othervlise invest said money.I direct .. • that a receipt executed by the said Trustee acting under the terms of this trust acknowledging receipt of said sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars and duly recorded shall be sufficient to dis- charge said real estate from the lien of said charge. 5.In the event my son Albert predeceases me, the share of my estate devised to him I hereby devise and bequeath to my grandson aforesaid. 6.I appoint Albert J.Celestine,my son, and Mafalda Risbon,my daughter,executors of this Will.
