lAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
1
I,MARY ANN HBvITT,a widow,of the Borough of Speers,
vashington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing
mind and Memory do on this 25th.,day of OCtober,1966,hereby
make,publish and declare the following to be my Last Will and
Testament.
L I hereby revoke any and all \,rills,Testaments and
Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
2.I nominate and appoint my daughter,CAROLYN H.CROUCH,
to be the Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament and I
direct that she be permitted to serve without bond.
3.In the event that my Executrix afore named should be
unable to serve,or unable to complete the duties of her appoint-
ment,then I nominate and appoint my son,ROBERT W.H~JITT to be th
Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament and I direct that he
be permitted to serve without bond.
4.I direct that my Executrix promptly pay from out of
the proceeds of my estate,all of my just debts including the
expense of my funeral and the costs of administration.
5.I give,devise and bequeath all of my real estate
wheresoever situate and including my property at 25 Carson Street,
in the Borough of Speers,Washington County,Pennsylvania,unto
my daughter CAROLYN H.CROUCH,in fee simple forever.
6.I give,devise and bequeath
unto my daughter,carolyn H.Crouch all of my household
goods,furnishings and equipment as the same is
situate in my dwelling house at 25 Carson Street,
in the Borough of Speers,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
7.All of the rest,residue and remainder
whether the same be real,personal or mixed,I give,
devise and bequeath in equal shares to my children who
survive me.
8.As of the date of this Will,my
son jacob -T'"Hew!tt remains indebted to me which debt
is eviaenced by a Note.If any balance remains,-it is to be
paid into my estate to help in th payment of the
various expenses which might have occurred.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this 30th.,day of November,1964.
