FIRST:I direct that the principal of the Trust Fund in the amount of TWELVE THOUSAND ($12,000.00) DOLLARS created under paragr~ph First of my Will shall be used for the payment of tuition and other expenses incident to the education of my grandchildren,FRANK W.BUDKE III, CAROL ANN BUDKE and JAMES LORD RIGBY BUDKE.The pa,ments made under this paragraph for the benefit of anyone of said grandchildren,shall not exceed his or her equal one-third share of said principal and income.As each of said grand- children arrive at the age of twenty-one years,the Trustee shall pay to him or her any rEmaining balance of his or her equal one-third share of the said principal and income.
