I,ANNA BERCHIN,of the Borough of Bentleyville,
Washington County,Pennsylvanie,do hereby make my Last ill
and Testament,and revoke all ills by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
1.I direct the payment out of my estate of the
expenses of my illness and funeral.
2.I give and devise my small house and Lot No.12
and part of Lot No.11 in the White Plan of Lots,Bentleyville
Plan Book 3,page 49,and which part of Lot No.11 ~onts twent.1
(20)feet on the Beallsville-Bentleyville Road and extends back
therefrom,uniform in Width,along the dividing line between
Lots Nos 11 and 12,one hundred twenty (120)feet to a sixteen-
foot street,to my daughter Margaret,her heirs and assigns.
3.I give and devise my large house and Lot No.10
and part of Lot NO.11 in the White Plan of Lots,Bentleyvile,
Plan Book 3,page 49,and which part of Lot No.11 fronts
thirty (30)feet on the Beallsville-Bentleyville Road,and
extends back therefrom,uniform in Width,along the diViding
line between Lots Nos 10 and 11,one hundred twenty (120)feet
to a sixteen-foot street,to my children,their heirs and
assigns,in shares as follows:
(a)One half (1/2)to my sonStephen;
(b)One eighth (1/8)to my son Andrew;
(c)One eighth (1/8)to my son Frank;
(d)One eighth (1/8)to my daughter Edna;
(e)One eighth {1/8}to my daughter Veronica.
4.11 the rest,residue,and remainder of my state
I give and bequeath to my son Andrew.
