hereby revoking all Wills by me he~etofore nade:
FIRST.I direct that all my jus~debts and funeral expen-
ses be paid as soon as convenient after my death.
SECOND.All the rest and resid~e of my estate,real,per-
sonal,or ~ixed,and wherever situate,I give,devise,and bequeath
to my husjand,Winfield S.Hughes.
AND LASTLY,I hereby noninate,constitute and appoint
l~infield s.Hughes,my husband,executor of this,my Last Will and
Testament.
