KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,A,MALIA HORNICK,a/k/a
A~~LIA HORNIK,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania,be'ing of sound and disposing mind,memory and unde'rstanding,do
make',publish and declare'this my Last Will and Testame,nt,here:by revok-
ing and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as
soon as conveniently possible after my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath my building located at 523 McKean
Avenue,Charleroi,Pennsylvania,to my daughter,Mollie H.Hamerash.
3.I give,devise and bequeath my two (2)houses and lot located in
the Borough of California,Washington County,Pennsylvania,to my gran-
daughte'r,Audrey Je'an Oberg Donmoye'r.
4.I give,devise and bequeath my house located at 710 Fallowfield
Avenue',Char le'roi,Washing.ton County,Pennsylvania,to my grandaughter,
Audrey Je'an Obe:rg Donmoye,r.
5.All the're:st,re'sidue'and remainder of my e'state',I give',de:vise
and bequeath in equal shares to my daughter,Mollie H.Hamerash and my
grandaughte'r,Audre:y Je.an Oberg Donmoyer.
6.I nominate and appoint my daughter,Mollie H.Hamerash,to act
as Executrix of my estate.
