LAST vaLL AND TEffilAMENT
OF
JEANNETTE G.COLVIN
I,JEANNETTE G.COLVIN,of the City of Monon-
gahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,make and pUblish this my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all for-
mer Wills by me at anytime made.
FIRST:I direct that my Executor hereinafter named,
shall,as soon as conveniently may be done,pay all my just debts,
funeral expenses and expenses of the settlement of my estate;in-
cluding a marker at my grave similar to the marker by the grave 0
my husband.
SECOND:All of my estate,real,personal and mixed,
I give,devise and bequeath to my grandson,F.Robert Colvin,Jr.,
II and if he should predecease me,I give,devise and bequeath all of
I my said estate,share and share alike,to the children of my said
grandson.
THIRD:I do hereby authorize and empower my Executor,
hereinafter named,to sell and convey,in fee simple,all my real
estate,as a whole or in parts,either at pUblic or private sale,
at such times as he may deem expedient,with the right to use his
own jUdgment as to time of sale,purchase price,or method of
paYment,without any liability of the purchaser for the applica-
tion,non-application,or mis-application of the purchase money,
and to execute and deliver all such deeds or other assurances as
I Could have done if living,and pending such sales,I hereby
authorize and direct my said Executor to lease my said real estate
in whole or in parts upon such terms and for such rentals as my
Executor shall deem most advantageous to my estate.

FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
I Clarence O.Devore to be the Executor of this my Last Will and
Testament,and if he should predecease me,I nominate,constitute
and appoint my grandson,F.Robert Colvin,Jr.,as such Executor.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my
hand and seal this 19 vI"day of June,in the year of 0
Lord,one thousand nine hundred and fifty-two (1952).
This Indenture,consisting of two typewritten
pages,each signed by the Testatrix,was signed,sealed,published
and declared by the above named Jeannette G.Colvin,as and for
her Last Will and Testament in the presence of us,who,at her re-
quest,and in her presence and in the presence of each other,have
hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto.
