That I,~'lilliam zerwinsky .of Cente~ville Borough
in the County OJ ~a shington and State ofPennsylvania,being ofsound
mind,memory and understanding,and considering the uncertainty of life,do hereby make,publish
and declare this my last 'Olllill and \testament,hereby revoking and making void any and all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executrix
hereinafter named,as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
SECOND:Igive,devise and bequeath to my Wife,Helen,her heirs and
assigns forever,all my property,real,personal and mixed of \vhat
nature and kind soever and wheresoever,the same shall be at the
tim e 0 filly dea th•
THIRD:Provided that my Wife Helen,should proceed me in death,
I g ve devise and bequeath to my daU_hter Helen,her heirs and
assigns forever,all my property,real,personal and ~ixed of what
nature and kind soever and Whatsoever,the same shall be at the
time of y death,with the exception of,five hundred dollars
($500.00)in lawful money of the United States of America,which
shall be given to each of my sons Henry Czerwinsky,Stanley
Czerwinsky,and dward Czerwinsky.
AND LASTLY.-Ido make,constitute and appoint my daughter Helen Czerwinsky
to be Execut rix of this my last Will and Testament.
