LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT--- I,MARY BODNAR,of the Borough of Donora,Washington I County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament in ,the manner and form following,hereby revoking any Will or Wills hereto made by me. FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex- penses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be, after my decease.It is my wish that I have the same kind of funer~l in every detail as was given to my late husband,George Bodnar. SECOND:I release and forgive to my daughter,Mary Skovral, or her representatives if she shall die in my lifetime,every sum o~ money,with interest thereon,which may be owing from her or them to me at the time of my decease;and I direct that any note or note~ for the same shall be released or given up to the said Mary Skovran or her legal representatives.I also give and bequeath to her the U.S.Steel Stock which I may own at the time of my death. THIRD:I give and bequeath to my grandchildren,James ~odnar and Richard Bodnar,the children of my deceased son,Michael ~.Bodnar,the U.S.Government Bonds whic9 I have heretofore pur- chased or may purchase in the future and which bonds bear their re- spective names together with mine. FOURTH:I give and bequeath to my grandson,Charles SkovrEn, ~he son o~my daughter,Mary Skovran,such U.S.Gover Dt Bonds which I have purchased or will purchase in the future which bear hi: name together with my name. FIFTH:I give and bequeath unto my grandchild,Helen Skov an, ~child of my daughter,Mary Skovran,the sum of Five Hundred ($500 ~ollars,and to my great grandson,Charles Skovran,a son of my grald- son,Albert Skovran,the sum of Two Hundred ($200)Dollars. SIXTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate, ~hether real,personal or mixed,whatsoever or wheresoever situate ~t the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath unto my son, John Bodnar. SEVENTH:I direct that the U.S.Government Bonds which I pave hereinabove bequeathed to my grandchildren,James Bodnar,RichErd 30dnar and Charles Skovran,shall be delivered to said grandchildren ~pon my death and said bequests shall have a priority to anyother ~ecuniary legacies bequeathed by this,My Last Will,or any Codicil vhereto.It was my intention that the said bonds be "not considered ~s a part of my estate but shall be considered as a gift to the saie ~randchildren in my lifetime.But as the said bonds can not be ~onsidered or construed as a gif~or if they should be considered as )art of my estate then it is my intention that the said legacies have i priority in distribution over the other legacies.
