I,EMMA HIRSCHI,of Monongahela,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound an1 disposing mind and memory,
do ~ake,publ~sh,and declare this my Last Will and Testame~t,
hereby revoking and making void any will by me at any time
her3tofore made,in manner and form following:
FIRST:I order and direct my Executrix,hereinafter
nam3d,to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon
as convenient~y may be done after my decease.
SECOND:My daughter Gretchen Y.Hirschi,by deed
dated April 25th,1932,recorded in the Recorder's Office of
Was~ington County,Pennsylvania,on April 28th,1932,in Deed
30ok,Vol.587,page 352,having granted and conveyed unto ne
all her undivided interest in the real estate of which my
~usband,F.E~gene Hir3chi,died seized,being Lots Nos.40
and 37 in the Harrison Place Plan,Third Ward,Monongahel'a,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,and it being my desire that
all of my children shall share equally in my estate and property,
I w~ll,give,and devise unto my said daughter Gretchen Y.
Hirschi the undivided interest in the above mentioned real
est£.te which she granted and conveyed to me by said deed
datE1 April 25th,1932:and reccrded as aforesaid in Deed
30ok,Vol.587,page 352.
THIRD:All the rest,residue,and remainder of
my estate and property,real,personal,and mixed,of vmatso-
ever nature and kind,and wheresoever situate,I will,give,
devise,and bequeath unto my five children,viz:Gretchen Y.
Hirschi,Ceasar E.Hirschi,Geraldine Hirschi,F.Eugene
Hirschi,Jr.,and Rosalie Hirschi,in equal shares,share and
share ~like,in fee simple and absolutely.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute,and appoint my
daughter Gret~hen Y.Hirschi as Guardian of the estates of
any of my above named children who may be minors at the time
of my death,and as Executrix cf this my Last Will and
Testament.
