HARRY A.CASTOR
I,HARRY A.CASTOR,a widower,a resident of Union
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind
and memory,hereby revoke all wills and codicils,as well as all
instruments of a testamentary nature heretofore made by me,and do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral and
testamentary expenses shall .be paid by my Executor hereinafter
named,as soon as conveniently may be after my death.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my property,
real,personal and mixed,wheresoever situate,of which I may die
seized or possessed,or over which I may have testamentary control,
or to which I may be in any way entitled,of whatsoever the same
may consist,to my son,HARRY A.CASTOR,JR.,of Union Township,
\,ashington County,Pennsylvania,his heirs and assigns,in fee
simple and absolutely.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
son,HARRY A.CASTOR,Jr.,as the Executor of this,my Last Jill
and Testament.
