April 26,1961.
IN RE:LIf.mSEY CLARK,a/k/a v!lLLIAJ.'l T.L.CLARK,DECEASED,WILL OF:
THIS DAY came Janice Keppler Clark before me,H.Bruce Green,Clerk
of the aforesaid Court,in my office and presented the foregoing paper writ-
ing dated the 26th day of January,1956,a.nd purporting to be the l.ast w1J.l
and testament of Lindsey Clark,a/k/a William T.L.Clark,deceased.
THEREUPON it appearing from the testimony of Janice Keppler Clark,
after being duly ffitoQrn by me,that the said Lindsey Clark,a/k/a William T.L.
Clark,died on the 7th day of February,1961,in Richmond,Virginia,and
that the decedent at the time of his death was over the age of twenty-one
years and was a resident of the County of Arlington,Vi rginia.
IT FURTHER APPEARING that a paper writing signed by the said Lind-
sey Clark,a/k/a William T.L.Clark,bearing date on the 26th day of
January,1956,and purporting to be the true last will and testament of
Lindsey Clark,a/k/a William T.L.Clark,deceased,having been produced
before me this day and proven according to law by the oaths of Eva L.Har-
baugh and Hina L.Hutchison,two disinterested wi tnesses,who severally
depose that they were well acquainted with the handwriting of the said
Lindsey Clark,a/k/a William T.L.Clark,deceased,and that they verily
believe the will dated January 26,1956,and signed by Lindsey Clark,a/k/a
vJilliam T.1.Cla.rk,to have been wholly in the handwriting of the said
Lindsey Clark,a/k/a William T.L.Clark.
IT IS THEREFURE ordered that the said wrlting be,and the SWDe is
hereby established,probated and admitted t~record as w~d fo~the true
last will and testament of the said Lindsey Clark,a/k/a William T.L.Clark,
decea.sed.
IT APPEARING that under the terms of the last will and testament
of Lindsey Clark,a/k/a William T.L.Clark,deceased,no Executor was named;
upon consideration whereof and upon the petition of Janice Keppler Clark,the
said Janice Keppler Clark is appointed Administratrix,c.t.a.,of the estate
of the said deceased.
THEREuPON the said Janice Keppler Clark,Administratrix,c.t.a.,
named as aforesaid and widow of the deceased,appeared before me and quali-
fied as such by taking and subscribing to the oath of office in the manner
and form prescribed by law and entered into bond in the amount of Six
Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00)with the Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company,
by Everett A.Demarest,its duly authorized Attorney-in-fact,as approved
surety,conditioned as the law directs.
