husband and wife.
We,l'erino Ba~zoli and Epifania Bazzoli,husband and
wife,of Cha~tiers T01m.ship,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being
of sound mind,Jlemory and discretion,Daking null and vold any a
all wills which by us heretofore have been made,do make,publish
and declare this ~o be our Lest Wlll and Testament,declaring thl
instrument to be jointly as well as severally our Lest Will and
Testament.
FIRST:We direct that all our just debts and funeral expenses
be paid.
SECOND:All our property,real,personal and mixed,shall pess
to the survivor of us.We and the survivor of us shall
at all times be empowered during our lifetime or the
lifetime of either of us,to sell and dispose of all
our property to the full extent thereof.After the

death of the survivor of us,we give,devise and bequest
all our property,real,personal and mixed,to our two
.ons,Tulio Bazzoli and Alfredc;>Banoli,their heirs and
assigns,share and share alike.
THIRD:In the event that there is sufficient personal property
in our estate,in addition to any real property which
may b~owned at the time of the death of the survivor
of us,we do give and bequeath unto our daughter,Alice
Gasper,wife of Ralph Gasper of Washington,Pennsylvania,

likewisft give and bequeath unto our nephew,Richard
