BE IT REMEMBERED that I,BOB BETTINELLI,also known
as ROBERT BETTINELLI,also known as BABTTISTA BETTINELLI,of Donora,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this as and for
my last will and testament,hereby revoking and making null and void
any and all w.i.lls and testaments,or writings in the nature thereof,
by me at any time h~retofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give and devise my real estate,where I
now reside,to my beloved wife,Rose Bettinelli,during her life,
and from and after her death,to my two sons,Edward Bettinelli and
Louis Bettinelli,their heirs and assigns forever,in equal shares.
THIRD:I give and tequeath to each of my four daugh-
ters,Mary Bettinelli Lee,Rose Bettinelli MUhs,Irene Bettinelli,
and Norma Jean Bettinelli,the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00),
to be paid from and charged upon the interest in the real estate
herein devised to my sons,Edward Bettinelli and Louls Bettinelli,
said charge being subject to the payment thereof by my said sons.
FOURTH:All the rest and residue of my personal
estate,whatsoever and wheresoever,of what nature,kind and quality
soever the same may be,I give and bequeath to my beloved wife,Rose
Bettinelli,to her own use and benefit absolutely.
FIFTH:I hereby nominate and appoint my son,Edward
Bettinelli,as the executor of this my last will and testament.
IN WITNESS ~~REOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 10th day of December,A.D.1953.
