VITZ,alias ALFRED HERSH,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being in good health and of sound and disposing
'mind and memory,do hereby make,ordain,publish,and declare this
to be my last Will and Testament.
1.I ORtER AND DIRECT,That my executrix hereinafter
named pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my
decease as conveniently may be.
2.AFTER the payment of such funeral expenses and
debts,I give,devise and bequeath unto my sister,MRS.NET'I'IE
ROSENFELD,now of 6358 Alderson Street,Pittsburgh,'Pennsylvania,
all of my estate,real,personal,or mixed,of every kind and
description and wherever situate.
3.I MAKE,CONSITITUE,AND APPOINT my sister,MRS.
NET~IE ROSENFELD,to be executrix,without bond,of this,my last
Wil:'and Testament,hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
