LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.....---....-.--- -
I,DAVID McCONNELL BOYLE,of North Strabane Township,
County of Washington,and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound
mind and memory,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my
Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently
may'be,after my decease.
SECOND:I will,bequeath and devise all my estate
of every description,real,personal and mixed,to my step-mother,
Minnie P.Boyle;but should the said Minnie P.Boyle be deceased
at the time of my death,I direct my substituted executor
hereinafter named to convert my entire estate into cash and in the
furtherance of this purpose,to sell the real estate at pUblic or
private sale upon such terms and conditions as it deems fit.
THIRD:In the event of the prior decease of Minnie
p.Boyle,I will,bequeath and devise my said estate as follows:
(a)To the Chartiers (Hill)Cemetery Association the
sum of Three Thousand and nO/IOO ($3,000.00)Dollars,free and
clear of all transfer and succession taxes which shall be paid
by my executor.
(b)The balance then remaining to my cousins,

Elizabeth Boyle Cowden and Gladys McConnell Young,share and share
a like.
I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
Minnie P.Boyle as executrix of my estate,if living,but if she
should be deceased,then the Mellon National Bank and Trust
Company.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand
and seal this J /-iX day of 1953.
Signed,sealed,published and declared by the above
named David McConnell Boyle,the testator,as and for his Lest
Will and Testament,in the presence of us,who have hereunto
subscribed our names at his req~t as witnesses thereunto,in the
presence of said testator,and of each other.
