LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT.
I,HO ER D.CRUMRI E,of the Village of Prosperity,
Washington County,pennsylvania,do her~by make this,my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking all prior wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
After the payment of all of my just debts and funeral
expenses,I give,devise and bequeath all of the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,in equal proportions,unto my two
sons,HO!~R NELSON CRUMRINE and JOHN WILLI~~CRUMRINE,both of
CinCinnati,Ohio,their heirs and assigns forever.
I nominate and appoint ASHINGTON UNION TRUST CO ANY
Testamentary Guardian of the one-half of my estate hereinabove
given to my son,JOHN V,ILLIAM CRUMRINE,to serve until my said
60n shall attain the age of twenty-one (21)years.
I nominate and appoint said WASHINGTO UNION TRUST
CO ANY,Executor of this,my Will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 13th day of November,1947.
