I,R.Maxwall Cummins,of Midway Borough,Washington County,
Pennsylvania"single and unmarried,being.of sound and disposing
mind and memory,hereby revoking any and all wills by me at any time
heretorore made,do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament in
manner a.d form following.
1.I order and direct the payment of all my just debts and
funeral expense:s as soon as conveniently may be arter my decease.
2.Tn the event that my sis,ta'r,Jennie Myrtle Gummins is alive
at the time of the probate of t is will,I give,d~vise and bequ ath
to-my said sister,Jennie Myrtle Cummins all my estate of whatsoever
nature and wheresoever situate at the time of my deoease.
3.In the event that my sister,Jennie Myrtle Cummins shall have.
predeceased me,or shall not be living at the time of the probate of
this will~I give,devise,and bequeath my entire estate,in equal (
shares,to my two nephews,Vanoe M.Aiken and R.Clark Aiken.
And I do hereby consitu~e and appoint Vanoe ~.Aiken
Executor or this,my Last Will and Testament.
In witness Whereof,I,Maxwell Cummins,The Tes.tator,have to
this,my will,written on one sheet or paper,set my hand and seal
