FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executrix or Executor,hereinafter named,as soon as conveniently may be done following my decease. SECOND:In the event my wife,DAISY PARKER BELL,survives me,then I do hereby give and bequeath unto my said wife all of my furniture,house- hold goods and other strictly personal effects. THIRD:All of my remaining personal property I give and bequeath unto my three children,HARRY A.BELL,THOMAS A.BELL,JR.and M1ELIA J. BEHLING,share and share alike. FOURTH:I do hereby give and devise unto my wife,DAISY PARKER BELL my real estate sit ate in the Borough of McDonald,Washington County,Pennsyl- vania,and known as No.218 Fannie Street,to have,hold and enjoy the same for and during the term of her natural life or for so long a period as she shall desire to live and maintain her home therein.Upo~the death of my said wife,or in the event she should abandon the same as her home,whichever event shall first occur,then I direct that said real estate shall be sold by my Executrix or Executor,hereinafter named,as soon as conveniently may be done following said event,and I further direct that the proceeds of such sale shall be paid over and distributed in equal shares unto my three children aforesaid. Should any of my said children be deceased at the time of occurrence of such event,then I direct that the share of such deceased child shall be paid to his or her surviving spouse,if any,living at the time of the occurrence of such event.In the event that such deceased child of mine is not survived by a spouse living at such time,then I direct that his or her share shall be paid to his or her issue then living,per stirpes. Notwithstanding the provisions of any law in effect at the time of my death or thereinafter enacted authorizing Executors to sell and convey real estate,I direct that should my said wife survive me my Executrix or Executor shall not sell my said real estate except at the times and in the manner set forth in this paragraph of my will. FIFTH:Should my said wife predecease me,then I do hereby give, devise and bequeath all of my residuary estate,both real and personal,re- maining after the payment of my debts and funeral expenses,unto my three children aforesaid,share and share alike. SIXTH:Should any of my said children predecease me,then in such event the share of such deceased child of mine bequeathed or devised~him or her under the Third or Fifth Paragraphs hereof I do hereby give,devise and be- queath unto his or her surviving spouse,if any,living at the time of my death In the event such deceased child of mine shall leave no spouse survi~ing him or her living at the time of my death,then I do hereby give,devise and bequeath the share of my said deceased child to his or her issue then living,per stirpe • SEVENTH:I direct that all esta 1 inheritance or succession taxes levied against my estate or against any of the beneficiaries hereunder shall be paid by my Executrix or Executor out of my residuary estate.
