LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,HARRY COMBS,of the Borough of Canonsburg,
washington County,pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do make,publish and declare this my Last will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.

FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found
convenient.
SECOND·All my household goods and personal effects
contained in my place of abode,I give and bequeath to my surviving
children,to be divided among them in such manner as they may them-
selves determine;any part thereof not taken by said children shall
be sold by my executrix hereinafter named and the proceeds of the
sale thereof shall form part of my residuary estate.
THIRD:I give and beq~eath to my daughter,Ella Mae
Donaldson,the sum of One Thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars.
FOURTH:I direct that all estate,inheritance and
succession taxes on the legacies provided for herein shall be paid
out of the principal of my general estate to the same effect as if
said taxes were expenses of administration,and said legacies
shall be free and clear of such taxes.
FIFTH:I direct my executrix hereinafter named,to
sell my real estate consisting of three lots'situate in the Second
Ward of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
and known as Lots Nos.16,17 andlB in the Stewart Park Plan of
Lots,having erected thereon a dwelling house,at public or private
sale,for such prices and upon such terms as she may deem best,and

to execute a deed of conveyance thereof;the proceeds of the sale
thereof to be applied to the payment of my debts and legacies as
hereinabove set forth to the extent that the same may be neeessarYI
the balance to form part of my residuary estate.
SIXTH:All the restl residue and remainder of my
estateI I willI bequeath and devise to my two children l Ella Mae
Donaldson and Joseph Combs l share and share alike.
I do hereby nominate l constitute and appoint my daughter,
Ella Mae Donaldson,as executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
