LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,NAOMI E.DOMAN,of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make and publish this my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
ITEM 1:I direct that my Executrices hereinafter
named shall pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon as convenient after my decease.
ITEM 2:I direct my Executrices hereinafter named
to sell my real estate and household furniture as soon as conveni nt
after my decease at either public or private sale and for such
price or prices as they shall deem to the best interest of my
estate.
ITEM 3:I give and bequeath all the rest,residue
and remainder of my estate,of whatever kind and wherever situate
as follows:
(a)The one-tenth (l/lOth)thereof unto
Fourth Presbyterian Church at the corner of Wylie and Jefferson
Avenues in Washington,Pennsylvania.
(b)The remaining nine-tenths (9/10ths)
thereof in equal sh~res unto my niece,Evelyn Williams of 715
Bayne Street,McKee~port,Penna.,Juanita Moore (Mrs.Harry Moore),
and Bertha Ermacoff.
ITEM 4:I name,constitute and appoint Evelyn Willia s,
Juanita Moore and Bertha Ermacoff as Executrices of this my Last
will and Testament and direct that they shall not be required to
furnish bond in any jurisdiction.

I,NAOMI E.DOMAN,of the City of Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make and publish this as Codicil
No.1 to my Last Will and Testament dated September 21,1979.
FIRST:=hereby revoke ITEM 3 (b)of my said Will dated
September 21,1979,and in lieu thereof substitute the following:
ITEM 3(b):The remaining nine-tenths (9/10ths)
thereof in equal shares unto myfrien9s,Juanita Moore (Mrs.
Harry Moore)of R.D.#1,Washington,Pennsylvania,and Bertha
Ermacoff of 107 Maple Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania.
SECOND:I hereby revoke ITEM 4 of my said Will dated
September 21,1979,and in lieu thereof substitute the following:
ITEM 4:I name,constitute and appoint Juanita
Moore and Bertha E~macoff as Executrices of this my Last will
and Testament and direct that they shall not be required to
furnish bond in any jurisdiction.
In all other respects I hereby ratify and confirm my
said will dated September 21,1979.
