IAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,ANNA R.HURRA,of the Borough of Donora,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby
make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
in the manner and form following,hereby revoking any Will or Will~
hereto made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be fu~~y paid and satisfied,as soon as convenlently may be,
after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real and personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my husbar.d,
Joseph Huhra,his heirs and assigns,conditioned,however,that in
the event of his death in my lifetime,or in the event of his deatr.
wit~in the period of six months after my death,the said devise and
beq~est of residue shall lapse or be divested,and in either event,
I give,devise and bequeath the said residue of my estate to my
children,Agnes Hugnes,Ermin Huhra,Helen Roskos,Pauline Fortuna
and Andrew J.Huhra,their heirs and assigns.I declare it to be
my intention that should Joseph Huhra be living at the expiration
of six months from the date of my death,the estate hereby devised
and bequeathed to him shall vest in him absolutely and in fee simp~e,
free of all conditions.I authorize my Executor to payout of the
income or principal of my estate reasonable amounts for the support
and maintenance of Joseph liuhra,and as well the reasonable ex-
penses 01'his funeral and gravestone,should he die within said
period of six monthS.
THIRD:I constitute and appoint my husband,Joseph
Huhra,as Executor of this my Last will and Testament but if he is
not ~lving at the time of my death I appoint my son,Ermin Huhra,as
Executor and I direct that neither of them shall be required to
enter security in any jurisdiction in which they may act.
IN WITNESS \¥HEREOF,I,ANNA ~.HURBA,the Testatrix
above J;rmed,have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal
the day of November,A.D.1952.
Signed,sealed,publiShed and declared by the above
named Anna R.Huhra,as and for her Last Will and Testament in the
presence of us,who have hereunto subscribed our names at her re-
quest as witnesses thereunto in the presence of tne said Testatrix
and of each other.
