DIETZ,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Penn~lvania,
being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,do make,
publish and declare.this my Last Will and Te,stament,hereby revoking
and making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid as soon as conveniently possible after my decease.
2.I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
re.al,per sonal and mixed to my daughter,Irene Louise Dietz.
3.I nominate and appoint my daughter,Irene Louise
Dietz,to act as executrdx of my estate and she shall not be required
to place bond or security in any jurisdiction in which she may so
act.
