publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or will8 heretofore made by me.
Fir8t.1 direct that all my just debt8 and funeraZ expense8 be fully paid and 8atisfied,as 800n
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
SECOll.I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real,personal
and mixed,to my beloved wife,Anna H.Barbour.
THIRD.Should my said Wife,the within named Anna H.Barbour,
die before me,then I direct that all my said estate be
given and bequeathed,in equal shares,to my three beloved
children,namely:Ruth M.Barbour,Harry F.Barbour and
Anna Maizland.
Should my above named three children disagpee as:to·the ;
manner and .form of distribution of mj'estate,then I do
empower and authorize my executrix to sell,at either
priva~e or public aale,my entire estate and to divide the
proceeds therefrom equally between them.
FOURTH.I make no bequest herein to my son,John A'.Barbour,Jr.,
because I have made to him in my lifetime a substantial
gift.of real estate I formerly held and possessed.
