LAST WILL AND TE STAMENT
I,LESLIE DEAN,of the Borough of Roscoe,Washington County
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and
~nderstanding do hereby make,publish,and declare,this as and
for my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
void any prior will or wills or writings i~the nature thereof
heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath,all my estate,real,
personal or mixed,wheresoever situate,to my wife,SOPHIA DEAN,
to be hers solely and along,In doing this I have taken into
consideration the best interests of our child.
SECOND:In the event that my wife should predecease me,
then I give,devise and bequeath,all my estate,real,personal
or mixed,wheresoever situate as follows:
one Half (1/2)to our son Leslie Loyal Dean.
One Half (1/2)to be placed in trust for our
three grandchildren,Leslie Matthew Dean,Jamie Rebecca Dean,
and Robin Marie Dean,to be us~d for educational purposes prior
to the time they reach the age of 21 when the balance shall be
distributed to them,share and share alike.
THIRD:In the event that my son,Leslie Loyal Dean,should

predecease me,then I direct that all my estate shall be placed
in trust for educational purposes,which said trust shall exist
until the beneficiaries reach the age of 21 years.The
beneficiaries of this trust shall be my three grandchildren
mentioned above.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint,my wife
Sophia Dean,as executrix 0 f this will.I direct that she shall
have the power to convey any real estate of which I may die
seised.In the event that my wife should predecease me,then
I nominate,constitute and appoi~t,my son,I,es1ie Loyal Dean,
as executor of this will and also as trustee for the trust

created hereunder.I direct that said executor and trustee sha1
have the power to convey any real estate of which I may die
seised.In the event that my son shall predecease me,then I
direct that my grandson,Leslie Matthew Dean,shall act as
executor and trustee with the same rights.
