LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I,Abraham H.Booher,of Donora,Washington County,Pennsyl- vania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and Testaments or writings in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral ex- penses shall be paid as soon after my decease as can conveniently be done,and further direct that a suitable double grave marker shall be erected over my grave and that of my wife,provided,however,said grave marker has not been erected during my lifetime. SEJOND:I give and bequeath the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) dollars to the trustees or proper officers of Mt.Lebanon Cemetery at Tarr,Pennsylvania,being the cemetery in which our family burial lot is situated,and direct that the income-therefrom or the principal there- of,if necessary,be used for the maintenance and repair to the graves and monuments thereon. THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate, whether real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever the same may be situated at the time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,Effie B. Booher,providing she is living at the time of my death.In the event my said wife predeceases me I give,devise and bequeath my said residuary estate as follows: (a)I give and bequeath to Belle McKee,Ora Mason,and louis Sherbondy,the sum of One Thousand ($1,000 .00)dollars each. (b)I give and bequeath to The First Methodist Church of Donora, Pa..,the sum of One Thousand (1,000.00)dollars,to be us~for the bene- fit of said Church in such way and manner as the Board of Trustees shall deem proper.
