standing,do make,publish,and declare the folloring to be my last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIttST:1 order and direct that all m7 just debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid by my Executor,hereinafte=named,as soon as con-
veniently may may be after my decease.
SECOND:After all my just debts and funeral expenses have been
paid,1 give,devise and bequeath unto my dear niece,Edis A.Hennen,my
half of surface and coal of the David Hudson Hennen and Mary E.Hennen
farm,sit'Jated in Aleppo Township,Greene County,Pennsylvania.
To my dear niece,Enid L.Phillippi,my share,(one-half)of the
timber,0:1 said farm,also all my share (one-half)of the royalty under
said farm.
To my dear niece,Enid L.Phillippi,my share (twenty acres),
of the McGreevy tract of coal,situated in Morris Township,Greene County,
Pennsylva::ri.a.
All my money to be divided eqllally between my nieces,Enid L.
Phillippi and Edis A.Hennen.
