LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of EDNA (MARTHA)DUNN I,Edna (Martha)Dunn,of Prosperity,Washington County, Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do hereby declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament, revoking any and all wills and codicils by me at any time hereto- fore made. First.I direct my Executors,hereinafter named,to pay all of my just debts and funeral expense and thE expense of the administration of my estate as soon as may be convenient after my decease. Second.I give and devise all of my tousehold furniture personal belongings,furnishings,etc.,to my daughter,Dorothy Mildred Dunn. Third.Subject to the right of my daughter,Dorothy Mildred Dunn,and my son,Russell R.Dunn,to reside in my farm dwelling house and twenty acres surrounding it for and during their natural lives,I giv,e,devise and bequeath all of my right, title and interEst in my farm dwelling house and the twenty acres surrounding it situate in Morris Township,Washington County, Pennsylvania,uLto my three children,Dorothy Mildred Dunn, Harry R.Dunn aLd Russell R.Dunn,in equal shares,with the further stipulation that the dwelling house and the surrounding twenty acres are not to be sold at any time so long as my daughter Dorothy Mildred Dunn,and my son,Russell R.Dunn,desire to reside therein.
