('Ii :£:·ld at l~~L Ie • WE,THOMAS V.COLE and MARGARET R.COLE,husband and wife,of Midway,Washington County,Pennsylvania,both being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this Will to be jointly as well as severally our Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by us at any time heretofore made. FIRST:All just debts and funeral expenses shall at all times be fully paid. SECOND:We desire that all property,real,personal or mixed,of which we-may be possessed at the time of the decease of either of us,shall be inherited by the survivor. THIRD:Upon the decease of the survivor,it is our desire that the property of both be treated as one and the same and we do hereby give,devise and bequeath the said property as follows: (a)We give and devise to Robert E.Sawhill and Stella Sawhill,his wife,the sum of Fifty ($50.00)Dollars. (b)We give,devise and bequeath to the Methodist Church of Midway,Pennsylvania,the sum of Fifty ($50.00)Dollars. (c)We give,devise and bequeath a handpainted picture by Maggie Roe and the sum of Twenty-five ($25.00)Dollars to our nephew,John W.Sawhill. (d)We give devise and bequeath to our grand-daughter, Connie Faye Masquellier,the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00)Dollars if the same has not already been paid during our lifetimes. FOURTH:All the rest,residue and remainder of our property,real,personal or mixed,wheresoever the same may be situate,we do hereby give,devise and bequeath to our daughter, Mary Esther Masquellier. f • FIFTH:In case of the need of administration hereon at the decease of one of us,we agree upon the survivor as Executor and without bond,and upon the decease of the survivor,we do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint our daughter,Mary Esther Masquellier,to be the Executor of this our Last Will and Testa- ment,and without Bond.It is our request that Bloom,Bloom and Yard be retained as attorneys by the Executor named herein in the event that there is need of administration of our estates.
